An absolutely wonderful suburb that we think folks are really going to like. One of the best suburbs in the Nashville, Tennessee metro, Mt. Juliet has a lot going for it.

Mt. Juliet Vibes
The 20th largest city in Tennessee and home to around 41k residents, Mt. Juliet is located about 15 minutes northeast of the Nashville Airport and about 20 minutes east/northeast of downtown Nashville. It is bordered to the north by the Cumberland River, to the east by Lebanon, to the south by Rural Hill, and to the west by Green Hill and Nashville. It's also surrounded in parts by unincorporated Wilson County. Interesting note, the official city charter has the name listed as "Mt. Juliet"; however, the US Postal Service lists its name as "Mount Juliet".
Mt. Juliet is rated the 6th best suburb to live in Nashville area, the 12th best suburb to raise a family in Tennessee, and the 16th best suburb to live in all of Tennessee*. It has all of the suburban amenities you could ever ask for along with beautiful outdoor spaces.
The city is served by the Wilson County School District which is rated an A- and the 3rd best school district in the Nashville area*. The two high schools are Mt. Juliet and Wilson Central and the two middle schools are Mt. Juliet and West Wilson. There are about 6-7 elementary schools and all of the public schools serving the area are rated an A or A-*.

The median sales price in Mt. Juliet comes in around $500k, a bit higher than the Nashville median of around $375k. The range for single-family homes currently on the market is from $200k on the extremely low end and upwards of $2.5m+. Safe to say the $200k is likely a teardown. Great country/suburban feel only 20ish minutes from downtown Nashville
Affordability and value - although higher than the Nashville median, you get a lot for your money
Plethora of suburban amenities - "Providence Marketplace" has it all for eats, drinks, shops, and socials
Nice suburban homes with big lots
Access to great outdoor spaces - "City between the Lakes" (Old Hickory to the north and Percy Priest to the south)

Despite its proximity to outdoor spaces, there aren't that many municipal parks within Mt. Juliet proper
Although nice for the breathing room, Mt. Juliet is quite spread out - so some errands may be a hike dependent on your location within the city
Cons associated with suburbs - cookie cutter amenities and ew build homes, etc
